Care Packages
Thoughtfully prepared packages that remind family members that they are seen, valued, and supported.
When someone you love is facing a mental health challenge, the whole family can feel its impact. Family Circle makes sure the rest of the family is seen, supported, and connected to the help they need.

Mental health challenges don’t happen in isolation. Parents, spouses, siblings, children, and caregivers can suddenly find themselves overwhelmed, confused, and unsure where to turn.
While much-needed attention is focused on the individual experiencing the challenge, the rest of the family may be left trying to navigate the emotional and practical impact on their own.
No family should have to navigate that alone.
Family Circle supports families affected by mental health challenges by providing meaningful care, practical guidance, education, resources, referrals, and connections to appropriate support.
Sometimes support begins with something as simple as a thoughtfully prepared care package that says, “We see you.” Other times, it means helping a family understand what they are experiencing, connecting them with resources, or helping them find the right next step.
Thoughtfully prepared packages that remind family members that they are seen, valued, and supported.
Compassionate support for family members navigating the impact of a loved one's mental health challenges.
Practical psychoeducation that helps families better understand mental health and how it can affect the entire family.
Connections to appropriate professional, community, and practical resources based on a family's needs.
Helping families better understand available resources and identify meaningful next steps.
Mental health affects relationships, routines, homes, and entire family systems. Family Circle exists to support the people surrounding someone experiencing a mental health challenge.

“No family should have to walk this journey alone.”
The Heart Behind Family Circle
After years of walking alongside individuals and families through mental health challenges, one truth became impossible to ignore:
When one person struggles, the entire family quietly carries the burden.
Parents. Spouses. Children. Siblings. Everyone in the circle around a loved one feels it, often silently, often without anyone asking how they are holding up.
Family Circle was created because those family members deserve support too. A warm hand, a listening ear, a package at the door, a trusted referral, a reminder that they are seen. Not eventually, but right now, in the middle of it.
Whether you’re seeking support for your family, hoping to help another family, or simply learning more, we are grateful you are here.

Our vision is a community where no family feels forgotten when mental health challenges enter their home.
As Family Circle grows, we hope to expand access to family-focused education, practical support, resource navigation, advocacy, community partnerships, and opportunities for people to support one another.
Because caring for mental health means caring for the people around it, too.
Family Circle is built on the idea that meaningful support can come from an entire community.
Whether helping prepare care packages, supporting projects and events, sharing professional expertise, or contributing your time and talents, volunteers can help families feel less alone.
Your support helps Family Circle provide care, education, resources, and meaningful connections to families affected by mental health challenges.
Every contribution helps us build a stronger circle of support around families who might otherwise feel overlooked.
