Project Family Circle Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is classified as a public charity under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Federal tax exemption is effective July 16, 2026.
