Know a family who could use support?
Clinicians, hospital staff, educators, clergy, community leaders, friends, and relatives can all connect a family with Family Circle. There is no cost to the family and no formal referral paperwork.
How to refer
Send us a message on WhatsApp, call, or email. Tell us in general terms what is happening and how we can reach the family, or ask the family to contact us directly if they prefer.
Please share only what is needed for an initial conversation, and only what you have the family’s permission to share. Sensitive details can be discussed privately once we connect.
What to include
- Your name and how you know the family
- Which family members are affected (for example a spouse and two children)
- What kind of support you think would help right now
- The best way for us to make contact, and whether the family knows you are referring them
Family Circle provides family support, education, resources, and referrals. Family Circle is not an emergency or crisis response service and does not replace professional medical or mental health care. If you or someone else is experiencing an immediate emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource in your area.
